TAHRA understands that Legislative advocacy is vital to the continuation of the services we provide our residents.

TAHRA contracts with one of Nashville's most respected firms who assist in monitoring state legislation that affects the management and operations of our housing programs. Additionally, TAHRA partners with other housing groups to offer state programs to promote affordable housing.

On the national level TAHRA works closely with NAHRO and PHADA to monitor federal legislative matters.
