HCV Director - Murfreesboro Housing Authority

Murfreesboro Housing Authority seeks a Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Director to manage the Authority's HCV Housing programs, including Housing Choice Voucher (HCV), Mainstream Vouchers, Emergency Housing Vouchers (EHV), Shelter Plus Care (SPC), and Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH). The individual must enjoy working with people from all walks of life.

Must have thorough knowledge of the principles, techniques and practices of subsidized housing management including organization, management, maintenance, and operation of subsidized units and Housing Choice Voucher program; federal, state, and local housing regulations and operating requirements. Must have two or more years experience working in upper-level HCV Programs; Bachelor's degree in business, public administration or social sciences; experience supervising employees; proven leadership skills.
